The Heart Behind Potter's Wheel
May we never lose our wonder.

I believe wonder is where every meaningful journey begins.
It's what leads us to ask thoughtful questions, seek wisdom, notice beauty, and remain open to growth. It reminds us that there is always more to discover - not only about ourselves, but about one another, the world around us, and the God who created it all.
The spirit of wonder has shaped my own journey.
Over the years, I've found myself drawn to one question:
What helps people truly flourish?
This question has led me down many different paths.
I completed my wellness studies through Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, where I explored nutrition, herbology, anatomy and physiology, biology and biochemistry, and herbal pregnancy and childbirth. As my desire to support people more personally continued to grow, I became a Certified Life Coach through Rhodes Wellness College, where I received training in coaching, trauma, addictions, youth and family counselling, employment counselling, and other basic counselling skills. I also completed extensive training in doula care and women’s health, developing a broad foundation in fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, pregnancy and infant loss, parenting, and menopause. More recently, I completed a Spiritual Formation Certificate through the Avila Institute, deepening my understanding of prayer, discernment, and the Christian Spiritual Life.
At first glance, these paths may seem unrelated. To me, they've always been connected.
Each has been another way of exploring what it means to live well.
The more I've learned, the more convinced I've become that people cannot be understood through a single lens. We are wonderfully complex - mind, body, and spirit. Our experiences, relationships, beliefs, physical health, and the stories we carry all shape who we are. Because of that, I don't believe lasting growth comes from quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. More often, it begins when we slow down, ask meaningful questions, and create space for lasting transformation.
My hope is to offer a place where women feel seen, listened to, and encouraged. A place where curiosity is valued, questions are welcomed, and growth is approached with both compassion and wisdom. Whether you're navigating a season of change, caring for your well-being, strengthening your faith or simply trying to discover what comes next, I hope our conversations leave you with renewed hope, practical direction, and greater confidence in the person you're becoming.
My Catholic faith is the foundation of everything I do. It has taught me that every person possesses inherent dignity, every life has purpose, and that we are never beyond hope. While I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, these beliefs quietly shape the way I listen, serve, and walk alongside others.
Like clay in the hands of the potter, I believe we are all being lovingly formed. Growth is rarely instant. It unfolds patiently, faithfully, and often in ways we don't recognize until we look back.
Thank you for being here. It would be an honour to be a part of your journey.
